We supply two distinct lines: Conventional Oats (rolled, steel cut, groats, and bulk — no gluten-free claim) and Gluten-Free Oats (backed by independent third-party lab testing and field-level traceability). Both come from our family farm and our boutique flaking facility.
Oats are naturally gluten-free as a grain, and our farm strengthens that — wheat has never been grown on our land, so there's no cross-contamination at the source. However, not all our oats carry a Certified Gluten-Free claim. Our Conventional line makes no certified GF claim. Our Gluten-Free line is additionally verified by independent third-party lab testing with field-level traceability — a documented, certified claim on every lot.
Our GF oats are verified through two layers: field-level traceability (dedicated ground, controlled seed, managed crop rotation) and independent third-party lab testing that confirms every lot meets gluten-free standards.
